How we work

  • AI-first engineering. Every team member gets a top-tier AI coding agent. AI writes much of the code; you own the design, the tests and the review.
  • Remote, with overlap. Work from where you live. In Asia, keep at least 4 hours of overlap with Singapore time (UTC+8), Monday to Friday. In Canada and the Americas, work your local hours and join scheduled meetings early in the morning or late in the evening when needed, about once a month.
  • Written first. Specs, reviews and reports are our main output. Clear English matters more than any one framework.
  • Our stack. TypeScript everywhere: Expo and React Native, Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, FHIR, on Alibaba Cloud.

    Own a module end to end — backend and commerce, AI and health data, or the mobile app. Write the design, direct AI coding agents, and review every change for security, privacy and performance. Fluent Mandarin and professional English.
